This class focuses on strengthening your arms, shoulders and upper back, using weighted and non-weighted exercises, using light weights will help build muscle faster.
Pilates also works to lengthen muscle to create long lean limbs.
You will need a mat and light hand weights or cans of beans.
The class is mixed ability suitable for all.
