This 20-minute Pilates class is designed with the intention to give your mind, body and soul a workout.
A fun little workout for when you are short of time.
You can revisit the class whenever you like. The more you do the class the easier it will become, you can then dig deeper into the exercises and get something more each time.
The class is 20 minutes long and at an intermediate level.
You will need a mat.
